Delicious And Healthy Mango Milkshake
List of Ingredients:
- Ripened Mango – 2
- Boiled Milk – 500 ml
- Palm Sugar – As per taste
- Dates (Seed Less) – 5 nos
- Honey – 2 tsp
- Dash of Cinnamon and Nutmeg Powder
Method:
Peel and deseed the ripened mangoes and separate the pulp. Add Mango Pulp , Milk, Palm Sugar, Dates and Honey and Blend it together (You can add pinch of salt as a sweet enhancer). Serve the delicious mango milkshake in a glass jar and add a dash of Cinnamon and Nutmeg Powder. Decorate it with few sliced mango pieces and you can also add Dry fruits to make it more healthier.
