Yummy!!! Crispy Potato Chips

List of Ingredients:

  1. Potatoes – 500 gms
  2. Refined Oil – For Frying
  3. Chili Powder
  4. Pepper Powder
  5. Salt

Method:

Thoroughly wash the Potatoes and peel the Skin. Slice the potatoes using a thin Slicer. Soak the potatoes in salt water for 10 minutes to remove starch from it and also it helps the sliced potatoes not turning black. Remove the potatoes from the soaked salt water and pat dry using a clean kitchen cloth to remove the moisture content. Take a deep Frying pan and heat the required amount of oil for frying. Deep fry the potatoes until it turns crispy. Sprinkle chili powder and salt to flavour it. You can also use pepper powder instead of chili powder for a different flavour. Hurray!!! and our crispy golden potato chips are ready to serve.
